Neurodivergent Affirming

Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy in Greensburg, PA

Neurodivergent affirming therapy starts from a simple premise: your brain is not broken. The goal is not to make you appear more neurotypical — it is to help you build a life that fits how you actually work.

We support ADHD, autistic, and AuDHD clients across ages with respect for sensory needs, communication styles, and the exhaustion that comes from masking.

This approach may fit if you

  • Are diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring the possibility
  • Are burned out from masking at work or school
  • Struggle with executive function, time, and follow-through
  • Experience sensory overwhelm or shutdowns
  • Have been told to just try harder your whole life
  • Want strategies that respect your brain instead of fighting it

How we work

Strength-based

We build around what already works for you rather than correcting differences.

Practical scaffolding

Executive function systems designed for real life, not ideal conditions.
